🕒 Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation:

⚠️ Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
🔁 Return Period
You may return any smartwatch within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Package Your Item
Repack the smartwatch securely (preferably in its original box), and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the Item
Use a traceable and insured shipping method.
📌 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
